This half-day experience explores the intertwined history of the Norwegian Dole horse and the country it helped build. From agriculture and survival to identity and tradition. Through guided storytelling, informal discussion, and moments spent up close with the horses themselves, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how heritage lives not just in museums or archives, but in the animals, practices, and people that carry it forward. This is not a lecture. It’s a quiet, immersive session designed for people who value depth, cultural nuance, and the slow work of keeping something meaningful alive.
